Chris Do shares personal stories about overcoming his challenges as an extreme introvert. Most kids grew up wanting to be class president, captain of the football team, or the class clown. He just wanted to be invisible, but that was a hard thing to do growing as a first generation immigrant in a mostly Caucasian neighborhood. He didn't fit in and that feeling travelled with him well into adulthood. How can you get over the feeling that "this isn't your tribe"? How do you resolve the conflict of who you are and who you want to be?
This is a crash course on the Cultivating Creative Confidence that Chris Do gave at Post Production World at NAB earlier this year. Reframe your mindset and improve your frame of reference to harness and cultivate your intrinsic self-confidence.
Chris walks you through 45 minutes of explaining and dissecting the characteristic and concept of confidence. You'll hear real life examples and learn about gratitude, selective listening, and goal setting while learning result-proven techniques that will improve your confidence. These recipies are derived from 22 years of practical professional experience, 10+ years of business coaching, and a life of experience.
